    均匀化退火时间对H13钢小锻件组织和共晶碳化物的影响

    Influences of Homogenizing Annealing Time on Microstructure and Eutectic Carbide of Small Forging Piece of H13 Steel

    • 摘要: 针对热作模具钢H13小规格锻件中存在共晶碳化物的问题,利用低倍酸洗和光学显微镜观察等方法,结合热处理试验,研究了均匀化退火时间对H13钢小规格锻件组织和共晶碳化物的影响。结果表明:H13钢经均匀化退火5 h后,组织中无魏氏体组织和晶界烧熔,此退火时间可以作为锻后高温扩散最优时间。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of eutectic carbide in hot work die steel forging H13 steel of small size,by using acid washing、OM and heat treatment experiment,influences of homogenizing annealing time on microstructure and eutectic carbide of small forging piece of H13 steel were studied. The results were that after 5 hours of homogenizing annealing for H13 steel,there were no widmanstatten structure and burned grain boundary.5 hours can be the best annealing time for homogenizing annealing of forging H13 steelof small size.
