    镁冶炼新技术概况

    Overview for New Technology in Magnesium Production

    • 摘要: 综述了国内外在热法炼镁基础上发展起来的炼镁新技术, 介绍了各种新技术(包括碳热还原法、铝热还原法、铝硅合金热还原法、热态钙热还原法、碳化钙热还原法、熔融硅热还原法、MINTEK热法和朱里阿尼硅热法)的特点及其与传统热法炼镁相比较的优缺点, 并指出了今后热法炼镁技术的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Some new technologies in magnesium production developed form the basis of thermal process are reviewed, and the characteristics of those new technologies and the advantages and disadvantages comparising the new technology and traditional thermal process are introduced. Those new technologies comprise carbothermic process, aluminothermic method of reducing, Si-Al alloy thermal reduction method, hot calcium thermal reduction method, CaC2 thermal reduction process, molten silicon reduction method, MINTEK thermal method and Zulianni process. It is pointed that the development direction of thermal magnesium production.
