    Precipitation and Secondary Hardening Behaviors of Aged in Pb-Ca-Sn-Al Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用硬度测量和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)观察等方法研究了Pb-0.05%Ca-1.5%Sn-0.026%Al(质量分数)合金在310℃固溶、100~200℃时效的二次硬化行为.结果表明:其时效硬化曲线呈双峰状;时效温度越高,时效硬化峰和二次硬化峰值越低.

       

      Abstract: The characteristic of the age-hardening curves of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy for the grain boundary character distributions(GBCD) was studied.Hardness measurement and field emission scanning electron microscopy(Sirion 200 FESEM) were used to investigate the precipitation behavior of Pb-0.05%Ca-1.5%Sn-0026%Al alloy aged at temperatures of 100-200℃ for various times after solid at 310℃.The results indicate that age-hardening curves exhibit two peaks.The higher ageing temperature results in the lower age-hardening peak.
