    Carburization Damage Analyses of Ethylene Pyrolysis Tubes

    • 摘要: 为了解决乙烯裂解炉炉管在高温环境下工作造成的渗碳损伤问题,选用了服役时间3~7 a的10根HP40裂解炉管进行解剖,采用显微组织和成分分析等手段,研究了炉管渗碳损伤和渗碳机理.结果表明:服役炉管内壁损伤程度较外壁严重;服役时间在5 a以下的炉管,内壁渗层深度大于外壁,但相同深度渗层碳含量小于外壁;渗碳实际为氧化、渗碳交替发生的过程.

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem that ethylene pyrolysis tubes produce carburization damage in service at high temperature,about 10 tubes of HP40 alloy after 3-7 years service in an ethylene pyrolysis furnace had been choiced and the carburization damage and carbarization mechanism had been investigated by microstructure and micro-content analysis.The results show that the damage of the inner surface was more seriouse than that of the outer surface.During 5 years service life the carburizing depth of the inner surface was larger than that of the outer surface,but the carbon content of the inner surface was less than that seriouse of the outer surface at the same depth.The carburization damage is an alternant process of oxidizing and carburizing.
