    The Analysis on Dissilient Steam Pipe of Electric Power Plant

    • 摘要: 对在运行条件为514 ℃、15.6 MPa下爆裂的12Cr1MoV高温导汽管进行了失效分析.结果表明:钢中的珠光体球化、爆裂处附近的碳化物析出致使局部区域蠕变空洞连成串,形成了微裂纹造成了导汽管的失效.为防止再次出现爆裂,应严格控制导汽管的工作参数,避免在过高气压条件下运行,同时加强对管材的定期检测.

       

      Abstract: The failure analysis was carried out on the dissilient 12Cr1MoV steam pipe which was worked in the high-temperature 514 ℃ and atmospheric pressure 15.6 MPa.The results show that pearlite spheroidization and carbide precipitation on the grain boundary near the fracture leaded to a great number of crack coming from creep hole in certain areas were the main reasons of the pipe failure.The working parameters should be strictly controlled in order to avoid excessive atmospheric pressure and the steam pipes should be periodic detected.
