    一种铝基复合材料制动盘用树脂基摩擦材料

    A Novel Resin Based Friction Material for Al-MMC Brake Disc

    • 摘要: 研制了一种适用于铝基复合材料制动盘的树脂基摩擦材料,测试了其物理力学性能及摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:所研制的摩擦材料具有较好的物理力学性能,各项指标达到了相应的技术要求;与用于铸铁制动盘的摩擦材料相比,具有更高的摩擦因数,更小的磨耗,制动力矩曲线平稳,能更好地适应铝基复合材料制动盘.另外,台架试验结果表明:摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能能够满足200km/h高速列车的要求.

       

      Abstract: A novel resin matrix friction material was specifically developed for its use against Al-MMC brake disc.Its physical and mechanical properties as well as the characteristics of friction and wear were investigated.The new friction material had excellent physical and mechanical properties and met relevant technical standard.Compared with the pad used for cast iron brake rotor,it had higher friction coefficient,lower wear rate and more stable brake torque curve.Therefore,the new friction material has great advantage over the traditional friction material for Al-MMC brake disc.The results of the 1∶1 brake tests show that the friction and wear properties of the friction couple can meet the demand for wear resistance of the brake rotors in high speed train of 200km/h.
