    Microstructure and Mechanical Property of 4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB Hot Working Die Steel

    • 摘要: 研究了热作模具钢4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:采用EAF+LF+VD+ESR工艺可以生产出高纯净度的4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB钢;经淬火回火处理后的钢具有优良的横向冲击及拉伸性能,同时组织均匀,油冷与空冷条件下的力学性能与显微组织差别不大。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical properties and microstructure of hot work die steel 4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB were studied. The results show that the EAF+LF+VD+ESR process can produce high-purity steel 4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB; after quenching and tempering heat treatment,with transverse impact and excellent tensile properties, and homogeneous microstructure; mechanical properties and microstructure of the oil cooling condition are not very different from those of air cooling.
