Abstract:
The finite element software of Abaqus was applied to simulating the high-speed cold roll-beating forming of LY12 aluminum alloy after the forming principle of high-speed cold roll-beating forming was analyzed, and the deformation strike force during froming process was calculated. The deformation strike force during continuous forming process was verified by a self-developed experimental equipment. The results show that the numerical simulated results of high-speed cold roll-beating forming were in agreement with the factual tested results, and the validity of the numerical simulation was verified, which provides a theoretical and applied basis for in-depth study of high-speed cold roll-beating forming technology.
