    Finite Element Numerical Simulation for High-Speed Cold Roll-Beating Forming Process

    • 摘要: 通过对高速冷滚打成形原理进行分析, 利用有限元软件Abaqus对LY12铝合金高速冷滚打成形过程进行数值模拟; 计算了成形过程中的变形击打力; 并利用自行设计的试验装置进行了连续成形过程中变形击打力的试验验证。结果表明: 高速冷打滚成形的数值模拟结果与实际试验结果基本一致, 验证了数值模拟的有效性, 为进一步深入研究高速冷滚打成形技术奠定了理论及应用基础。

       

      Abstract: The finite element software of Abaqus was applied to simulating the high-speed cold roll-beating forming of LY12 aluminum alloy after the forming principle of high-speed cold roll-beating forming was analyzed, and the deformation strike force during froming process was calculated. The deformation strike force during continuous forming process was verified by a self-developed experimental equipment. The results show that the numerical simulated results of high-speed cold roll-beating forming were in agreement with the factual tested results, and the validity of the numerical simulation was verified, which provides a theoretical and applied basis for in-depth study of high-speed cold roll-beating forming technology.
