    损伤面积对复合材料加筋壁板剪切承载能力的影响

    Effect of Damage Area on Shear Carrying Capacity of Composite Material Stiffened Wall

    • 摘要: 针对先进飞机上大量采用的复合材料加筋壁板结构, 采用MTS多通道液压伺服系统对含冲击损伤的加筋壁板进行了剪切试验, 研究了在相同位置的目视可测损伤下, 损伤面积对复合材料加筋壁板剪切承载能力的影响。结果表明: 当复合材料加筋壁板蒙皮中央受到冲击损伤时, 其承载能力大幅下降; 损伤面积每增大15%, 加筋壁板的剪切承载能力降低11%。

       

      Abstract: MTS multi-channel hydraulic servo valve system was applied in the shearing test for the impact damaged composite material stiffened wall used in aircraft to study the effect of damage area on the shear carrying capacity of the composite in the same location of visible impact damage. Result show that when the damage happened in the middle of the skin, every 15% increase of damage area decreased the shear load carrying ability by 11%.
