    等径角挤压法制备亚微米2A12铝合金块体材料

    Alloy by Equal Channel Angular Pressing

    • 摘要: 采用等径角挤压技术对2A12铝合金在室温下进行挤压变形.用TEM、SEM观察了材料的微观结构,并测试了挤压过程中强度、硬度的变化.结果表明:两次挤压可以使2A12铝合金的平均晶粒尺寸从5μm减小到200nm左右,晶粒细化效果明显.材料经等径角挤压一次后,σb、σ0.2和硬度分别提高了70%、60%和50%.

       

      Abstract: Equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) was carried out on 2A12 aluminum alloy at room temperature.The microstructure in different ECAP times was observed by TEM and SEM.The mechanical properties such as tensile strength,proof stress and hardness were also tested.The ECAP successfully refined the grain size to 200nm only after two times of ECAP.Moreover,σb,σ0.2 and hardness had also improved by 70%,60% and 50% respectively.
