    热处理工艺对1.2367钢组织及力学性能的影响

    Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 1.2367 Steel

    • 摘要: 对1.2367钢进行了不同加热温度和冷却方式的淬火以及不同温度回火的热处理等试验,通过硬度检验、显微组织观察、冲击功测试等对比分析方法确定了最佳热处理工艺,分析了相应的组织、性能。结果表明:其最佳的热处理工艺为1 010~1 040℃加热油淬,550~600℃回火;相应的硬度50~45 HRC,横向冲击功300 J以上,可以满足热作模具高温硬度和抗冲击性能的要求。

       

      Abstract: By testing of different heating temperature and cooling quenching and tempering at different temperatures of heat treatment of 1.2367 steel, through hardness test, microstructure observation, impact test comparative analysis method, the optimum heat treatment process was determined and the corresponding microstructure, performance were analysised. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process is 1 010 to 1 040℃ heating oil quenching, tempering 550 to 600℃; the hardness of 45-50 HRC, transverse impact energy more than 300 J, can meet the hot die hardness and impact toughness of high temperature performance requirements.
