    超轻多孔金属孔结构的X射线断层扫描分析

    Analysis of Pore Structure for Ultra-light Porous Metals by X-ray Tomography

    • 摘要: 利用X射线断层扫描技术获得了超轻多孔铝试样的任意截面重构图像,通过对该图像的分析实现了对多孔铝试样孔结构的描述,并得到了重构横截面的面孔隙率.结果表明:超轻多孔铝试样孔结构描述新方法与传统剖开试样分析方法相比,可以获得相同的孔结构分析结果,并具有非接触、非破坏和提高效率的特点.

       

      Abstract: X-ray tomography has been used to obtain the arbitrary shape images of ultra-light porous Al alloy.By analyzing the images,the pore structure of ultra-light porous Al alloy can be described,and porosity ratio of the reconstructed section plane can be calculated.Experiments indicate that,compared with the traditional analysis methods by cutting the test sample,the new analysis methods are able to get the same analysis result as the traditional one without any contact and damage of the test sample and with increased efficiency.
