    冷拔高碳钢丝在退火过程的性能及织构演变

    Properties and Texture Evolution of Cold Drawn High Carbon Steel Wires during Annealing Process

    • 摘要: 采用电子背散射衍射技术分析了冷拔高碳钢丝在600 ℃退火过程(0~4 h)中的织构变化, 并采用扫描电镜和显微硬度计研究了此过程中钢丝的显微组织和显微硬度的变化。结果表明: 该钢丝在600 ℃退火过程中, 随着退火时间的延长, 显微组织由纤维状转变为等轴晶, 硬度显著下降; 不同时间退火后的织构与拉拔态的织构类型相同, 以〈110〉丝织构为主、还有111〈110〉和001〈110〉环状丝织构; 但随着退火时间延长, 〈110〉丝织构强度下降。

       

      Abstract: Electronic backscattering diffraction (EBSD) technology was used to research the texture evolution of the cold drawn high carbon steel wires during annealing process at 600 ℃. The microstructure and microhardness of the steel wires were researched by means of scanning electronic microscope and microhardness tester. The results show that during the annealing process at 600 ℃, with the prolongation of annealing time, the microstructure trans-formed from fibrous grains to equiaxed grains, the hardness decreased obviously. The texture type of the wires annealed for different times was the same as that of the as-drawn wires, which were main 〈110〉 fiber texture with some 111〈110〉 and 001〈110〉 circular fiber texture. With the prolongation of annealing time, the 〈110〉 fiber texture intensity decreased.
