    先驱体法制备连续碳化硅纤维工业化生产的现状与展望

    Current Situation of the Industrialized Production of Polymer-derived Continuous SiC Fibers

    • 摘要: 为了满足高性能复合材料的需求,国产连续碳化硅纤维工业化势在必行.综述了国内外先驱体法工业化制备连续碳化硅纤维的现状与产品特性,其中,国产超耐高温连续含铝碳化硅纤维关键技术已经突破,其稳定使用温度为1 600~1 800 ℃;氧质量分数为5%~6%的低氧含量纤维也通过两步烧成工艺制得了性能稳定的连续碳化硅纤维,其强度为2.2~2.7 GPa;并指出了连续碳化硅纤维的发展趋势.

       

      Abstract: The continuous SiC fibers made in China must be industrialized for meeting the huge demands of high performance composites.The current situation and the properties of polymer-derived continuous SiC fibers are reviewed.Specially,the key technology of the domestic ultra high temperature resistant continuous SiC fibers had been mastered.They can be used at 1 600-1 800 ℃ steadily.That the low oxygen content continuous SiC fibers with 5%-6% oxygen content,can be prepared through two-step sintering program.Their tensile modulus with stable 2.2-2.7 GPa had been improved.The development trends of polymer-derived continuous SiC fibers are clarified.
