    • 摘要: 通过计算得出不同润滑条件下ST16钢板的成形极限角,并用CCD摄像头和光学显微镜观察了成形件的表面磨损形貌,研究了该钢板在不同润滑条件下的渐进成形性能和磨损特性.结果表明:在渐进成形过程中,润滑条件的改变会影响成形性能和磨损特征;磷化处理后加二硫化钼锂基润滑脂润滑条件下,该钢板渐进成形性能最好;当压头成形等高层区间时以磨粒磨损特征为主,当压头成形等高层时以粘着磨损为主.

       

      Abstract: The forming limiting angle of the ST16 steel plate under different lubrication conditions was obtained through calculation.The surface wear morphology of the formed part was observed by means of CCD camera and optical microscope.The incremental formability and wear characteristics of the steel plates under different lubricating conditions were studied.The results show that the changes of lubrication in the incremental forming process could influence the formability and wear characteristics.The best formability could be obtained under the lubrication of phosphate treatment and lithium-based molybdenum disulfide grease.The wear characteristic was mainly an abrasive wear when the tool formed the layer to layer region.The wear characteristic was mainly an adhesive wear when the tool formed the section profile.
