    A Kind of Equipment and Method for Measuring Friction Damping Properties of Surface Materials

    • 摘要: 采用角度位移控制激励设计了一台可用于测定曲面材料摩擦阻尼性能的电液伺服摆动试验机,并利用其对具有曲面形状的阻尼衬套与普通衬套进行摩擦阻尼性能试验;基于粘弹性阻尼耗能相等原则,采用粘弹等效法对阻尼衬套的损耗因子进行了计算.结果表明:研发的电液伺服摆动试验机和采用的方法适用于测定曲面材料的摩擦阻尼性能;与普通衬套相比,阻尼衬套具有一定的等效刚度与较好的粘弹性性能.

       

      Abstract: An electro-hydraulic servo swing testing machine for measuring friction damping properties of surface materials was designed using an angular displacement control actuator for the friction damping properties of damping and common linings with surface profile.Based on the principle of equivalent energy dissipation by viscoelastic damper,the loss factor of the damping lining was calculated by using equivalent viscoelasticity method.The results show that the testing machine and the method are suitable for measuring the friction damping properties of surface materials.Compared with the common lining,the damping lining own a good equivalent stiffness and viscoelasticity properties.
