    复合电镀制备Ni-Co-PTFE自润滑镀层的研究

    Preparation of Ni-Co-PTFE Self-lubricating Coating by Electrolytic Composite Plating

    • 摘要: 对Ni-Co-PTFE自润滑复合电镀层的制备工艺及其性能进行了研究,得到的较佳工艺条件为:CoSO4 25g/L(相对于NiSO4 200g/L),电流密度4.0A/dm2,反应温度50℃,反应时间75min,镀层pH值3.5,PTFE 50g/L.该镀层的摩擦因数和显微硬度分别达到0.08和600HV0.05.

       

      Abstract: The preparation of self-lubricating nickel-cobalt-polytetrafluoroethylene (Ni-Co-PTFE) electrolytic composite coating was studied.The optimum operating conditions were current density 4.0A/dm2,plating temperature 50℃,plating time 75min,pH=3.5,dosage of CoSO4 25g/L(relative to NiSO4 200g/L) and PTFE emulsion 50g/L.Friction coefficient and microhardness of the composite coating were 0.08 and 600 HV0.05.
