    Effect of Ti Catalysis on Nitrocarburizing of Cr12 Steel in Salt Bath at Low Temperature

    • 摘要: 试验研究了钛催渗对Cr12钢低温盐浴氮碳共渗的影响.结果表明:钛催渗具有明显的催渗效果,可使氮、碳原子的渗入速度显著加快,提高渗层厚度和渗层硬度,同时钛催渗盐浴氮碳共渗工艺简单方便,共渗温度低,共渗时间短,具有明显的节能特点.

       

      Abstract: Effect of the Ti catalysis on the nitrocarburizing of Cr12 steel in salt bath at a low temperature was investigated.There existed an optimal concentration of Ti catalysis.Ti catalysis could increase the depth of nitrided layer,enhance the surface hardness during short processes and could get rapid velocity of nitrocarburizing processes.Application of the Ti catalysis nitrocarburized method in salt bath is facile and economic,with low temperature and short time.
