    聚乙烯醇分散水基磁流体制备工艺

    Technology of Preparing Water-based Magnetic Fluid Dispersing in Polyvinyl Alcohol

    • 摘要: 在聚乙烯醇(PVA)高分子溶液中制得聚乙烯醇分散水基磁流体.用Gouy磁天平对磁流体的磁性能进行了测试,用正交试验法优化了制备工艺.结果表明:当其它条件一定时,制备磁流体的各组分含量对其磁性能影响的主次顺序依次为碱含量(pH值)、PVA含量、Fe2+与Fe3+的数量比.其最佳制备条件为pH=1,PVA水溶液体积分数为70%,Fe2+与Fe3+数量比为1.2∶2.

       

      Abstract: Water-based magnetic fluids dispersed with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were prepared in PVA solution.The magnetic properties of magnetic fluids were measured by Gouy magnetic balance.The experiments were carried out according to orthogonal test.The results indicated that when other conditions were certain,the order from strong to weak effect in magnetic properties was as follows:the amount of alkali (pH value),the amount of polyvinyl alcohol,the mole ratio of Fe2+ to Fe3+.The betler prepering factor is that pH=1,the centent of PVA is 70% and the ratio of Fe2+ and Fe3+ is 1.2∶2.
