金属橡胶在模拟海洋环境中的腐蚀行为及阻尼性能
Corrosion Behaviour and Damping Characteristics of a Metal Rubber Material in Simulated Marine Environments

摘要: 用304不锈钢丝自行设计制备了固支圆盘形金属橡胶, 将其在全浸、间浸、连续盐雾和周期盐雾4种模拟海洋腐蚀环境下进行1 152 h的腐蚀试验, 研究了金属橡胶的抗海洋腐蚀能力及阻尼耗能特性。结果表明: 金属橡胶在上述腐蚀环境中的腐蚀速率依次为0.033 8, 0.036 0, 0.025 8, 0.030 8 mm·a-1; 腐蚀1 152 h后, 金属橡胶的动态平均刚度和耗能均有所增加, 增幅大小与腐蚀速率有关, 腐蚀速率越大, 它们的增幅越明显; 金属橡胶在模拟海洋腐蚀环境中的阻尼损耗因子比较稳定, 具有一定的抗海洋腐蚀能力。Abstract: A kind of clamped-edge disk typed metal rubber was designed using 304 stainless steel wires and corrosion experiments for 1 152 h were performed in four kinds of simulated marine environment (full-immersion, cycle-immersion, full-salt-spray and cycle-salt-spray). The marine corrosive resistance and damping characteristics of the metal rubber were studied. The results show that the corrosive rates of the metal rubber in the corrosion environments above-mentioned were 0.033 8, 0.036 0, 0.025 8 and 0.030 8 mm·a-1. After corrosion for 1 152 h, the dynamic average rigidity and dissipated energy of the metal rubber increased and their magnitudes were related to the corrosion rate, and the bigger the corrosion rate, the more obvious the magnitude. The loss factor of the metal rubber was relatively stable and the metal rubber had some ability of marine corrosion resistance.
