    稀土镧对纯净钢中夹杂物及抗拉强度的影响

    Effects of Rare Earth Element La on Inclusions and Tensile Strength of Clean Steel

    • 摘要: 为了掌握稀土镧对纯净钢中夹杂物的影响,采用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、等离子光谱分析仪等对加入稀土镧的纯净钢中夹杂物形态和尺寸及钢的抗拉强度进行了研究.结果表明:当稀土镧加入量在0~0.100%之间时,随着加入量的增加,镧的固溶量增加到0.022 6%,夹杂物中的镧含量增加到0.020 0%;随着镧含量的增加,夹杂物由硅酸盐、铝酸盐转变为稀土镧的氧化物、硫氧化物,而且夹杂物形状也由不规则的形状转变为规则的球形;稀土夹杂物的尺寸都小于3 μm,夹杂物中的稀土镧含量及钢的硬度、抗拉强度随着钢中稀土镧含量的增加而增加.

       

      Abstract: In order to get hold of the effect of La on inclusions of the clean steel,SEM,EDS and ICP were used to study the shapes and sizes of inclusions and the tensile strength of the steel.The results show that with the increase of La content from 0 to 0.10% in the steel the La solution amount and its content in the inclusions increased from 0 to 0.022 6% and from 0 to 0.020 0%,respectively.The inclusions transformed obviously from silicate and aluminate into LaAlO3,LaS,La2O2S and LaxSy,and their shapes from irregular shape into regular sphericity.Their sizes were less than 3 μm.The content of La in inclusions hardness and tensile strength of the steel increased with the increase of La content.
