    Influencing Factors of Magnet-inductive Effect of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 Amorphous Alloy Ribbons

    • 摘要: 研究了交流电频率、磁场强度以及薄带长度等因素对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶薄带的磁电感效应及磁电感效应变化幅度的影响.结果表明:非晶薄带的磁电感效应随着频率的升高和薄带的加长而增强,随着磁场强度的增大而减弱;磁电感效应变化幅度随着磁场强度的增大而增大;当频率低于30 kHz时,磁电感效应变化幅度随着频率的升高及薄带的加长而增大;当频率高于30 kHz时,磁电感效应变化幅度随着频率的升高而减小,随着薄带的加长先增大后减小.

       

      Abstract: Influences of AC frequency,magnetic density and ribbon length on the magnet-inductive effect and the rangeability of magnet-inductive effect of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy ribbons were studied. The results show that the magnet-inductive effect increased with the increase of frequency and ribbon length,and decreased with the increase of magnetic density. The rangeability of magnet-inductive effect increased with the increase of magnetic density. The rangeability of magnet-inductive effect increased with the increase of frequency and ribbon length when the frequency was below 30 kHz. But when the frequency was above 30 kHz,it decreased with the increase of frequency,and first increased and then decreased with the increase of ribbon length.
