    Influence of Solution Temperature and Time on Microstructure of ZL114A Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过金相分析、动力学分析等方法,研究了固溶温度和固溶时间对ZL114A合金共晶硅形态的影响.结果表明:固溶温度对共晶硅的粒化过程有很大的影响,在不产生过烧时,温度越高共晶硅的粒化速率越快、粒化程度越彻底;固溶时共晶分枝和凹槽处首先熔断,并且端部钝化逐渐圆整;ZL114A合金在550 ℃×10 h固溶时的硅相形态最为理想.

       

      Abstract: Metallographic analysis and diffusion kinetics analysis were used to investigate the contribution of solution temperature and time to eutectic Si morphology of ZL114A alloy in the solution treatment process.The results indicate that the solution temperature is a significant influence factor on the process of eutectic Si spheroidization.Spheroidization degree of eutectic Si increases with the increase of solution temperature.As long as the temperature is below the overheat temperature,the divarication and neck section of eutectic Si break up firstly during solution treatment,and the Si phase is gradually passivated and rounded.The optimal Si morphology of ZL114A alloy was obtained after 550 ℃×10 h solution treatment.
