    连铸大圆坯轧制大直径42CrMoS4调质钢的组织性能及质量

    Microstructure, Properties and Quality of Great Diameter Quenched and Tempered 42CrMoS4 Bar Rolled from Continuous Casting Round Billet

    • 摘要: 尝试以连铸大圆坯轧制工艺代替钢锭锻造工艺, 采用600 mm大圆坯轧制了规格为250 mm的42CrMoS4棒材, 然后对其进行调质处理, 对调质后钢的组织、性能等进行了分析。结果表明: 热轧棒材经调质热处理后, 内部组织致密、综合力学性能良好, 完全能满足用户的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: A 42CrMoS4 round billet of 600 mm was rolled to round bar with 250 mm by continuous casting round billet rolling instead of forging, and then quenched and tempered. Microstructure and properties of the round bar after quenching and tempering were analyzed. The results show that the hot-rolled round bar had compact microstructure and good mechanical properties after it was quenched and tempered, and met the requirements of the customers.
