    钼板轧制工艺的优化

    Optimization of Rolling Process for Molybdenum Sheet

    • 摘要: 钼板轧制工艺过程难以控制,轧废现象严重、成品率低,导致生产成本增大,因而寻求适宜的加工工艺势在必行.旧轧制工艺存在的问题是加热温度、初火次变形率等选择不当.新工艺将加热温度控制在1 250 ℃,初火次变形率选为37.5%.结果表明:采用新工艺不仅能提高钼板的轧制质量,还能提高钼板的综合性能.

       

      Abstract: Because it is difficult to control rolling process of molybdenum sheet,there is much defective material and low rate of finished products.Therefore,it is crucial to find out a feasible rolling process.The problems of the current rolling processes are analyzed.Heating temperature,strain rate for the first run are key parameters for the consequent operations.The heating temperature should be controlled at about 1 250 ℃,and the strain rate for the first run should be about 37.5%.
