    轧制变形量对LAZ1201镁锂合金显微组织及力学性能的影响

    Effects of Rolling Deformations on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of LAZ1201 Magnesium Lithium Alloy

    • 摘要: 在真空熔炼炉中于氩气气氛保护下熔炼出Mg-12Li-0.5Al-1Zn(LAZ1201)合金铸锭, 开坯后进行了不同变形量(30%, 50%, 70%)的热轧, 研究了轧制变形量对合金显微组织及力学性能的影响, 并对铸态和轧制态室温拉伸断口形貌进行了观察。结果表明: 随着变形量的增大, 合金发生了不完全动态再结晶, 晶粒细化, 合金的抗拉强度逐渐升高, 伸长率先大幅升高, 然后有所下降; 当轧制变形量为70%时, 抗拉强度可达166 MPa; 轧制变形量为30%时, 合金的塑性最好, 伸长率可达50%; 铸态和轧制态合金的室温拉伸断口上均存在大量等轴韧窝, 为韧性断裂。

       

      Abstract: An Mg-12Li-0.5Al-1Zn alloy ingot was prepared by melting in a high-vacuum electric induction furnace under argon atmosphere, and the effects of rolling deformations (30%,50%,70%) on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of rolling deformation, the dynamic recrystallization happened and grains were refined, the tensile strength of the alloy increased and the elongation increased firstly and then decreased. When the rolling deformation was 70%, the tensile strength up to 166 MPa, and when the rolling deformation was 30%, the alloy owned the best plasticity with elongation of 50%. A large number of equiaxed dimples were found on room temperature tensile fracture of as-casted alloy and as-rolled alloys, and the fracture was ductile fracture.
