    Microstructure and Hardness of Laser Melted Layer on Bulk Cu60Zr30Ti10 Amorphous Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用水冷铜模真空吸铸法制备了块状Cu60Zr30Ti10非晶合金,用Nd:YAG激光束(功率201.6 W)分别以20,40,60 mm·s-1的速度对合金表面进行重熔处理,采用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、显微硬度计和电子探针等研究了熔凝层的显微组织和不同深度的显微硬度.结果表明:经20 mm·s-1的激光重熔后,在块状非晶合金基体表面形成了两层新的组织,其中位于中间厚度约200 μm第二层的硬度、耐腐蚀性均比基体的有明显改善,显微硬度达到873 HV,该区域铜原子在弥散分布的尺寸为0.2~1 μm微区聚集.

       

      Abstract: The Cu60Zr30Ti10 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by water cooled copper mold vacuum suction casting.The surface of the alloy was scanned at the velocity of 20,40,60 mm·s-1 by the Nd:YAG laser beam (201.6 W).The microstructure and microhardness at different depths in the melted zone were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction meter,optical microscope,microhardness meter and electronic probe.The results show that two new layers on the surface of the bulk amorphous alloy were formed at 20 mm·s-1 laser scanning.The hardness(873 HV) and corrosion resistance of the second layer in the middle with the thickness of about 200 μm were evidently improved compared with those of the original substrate.Cu atoms accumulated in 0.2-1 μm dispersing microzones.
