    Process Optimization of NiCrAlCo-Y2O3 Coating on an Aluminum Substrate by Plasma Spraying

    • 摘要: 对喷涂距离、电流、主气流量和辅气流量四个等离子喷涂主要参数设计了四因素三水平的正交试验,研究了工艺参数对在铝基体上喷涂NiCrAlCo-Y2O3涂层的结合强度的影响,并对工艺优化前后的涂层性能进行了分析.结果表明:影响涂层与铝基体结合强度的因素主次顺序是电流、喷涂距离、主气流量和辅气流量;工艺优化后涂层的最大结合强度达到55.1 MPa.

       

      Abstract: Orthogonal tests of spraying distance,electrical current,primary gas flow rate and secondary gas flow rate were carried in order to obtain an optimized plasma spraying parameters.The influence of spraying process parameters on bonding strength of NiCrAlCo-Y2O3 coating was investigated.And microstructure,microhardness and porosity of the coatings of before and after process optimization were studied.The results show that the electrical current and spraying distance have more effect on the bonding strength of the coating and aluminum substrate.An optimized process is achieved,and the bonding strength of optimized coating is improved to 55.1 MPa.
