    Progress of Numerical Simulation in Molten Zinc Bath of Continuous Hot-dip Galvanizing Line

    • 摘要: 利用有限元软件可以模拟热镀锌生产线中锌液的运行状况,以获得具有高表面质量的热镀锌产品.简要介绍了数值模拟技术在锌锅中冶金行为的研究进展,重点对锌锅中温度场、速度场、浓度场和锌渣生成量及分布的模拟结果进行了综述,展望了数值模拟技术在锌锅实际生产应用中的发展方向.

       

      Abstract: Finite-element software is used to simulate the state in molten zinc bath for producing high quality coated sheets.The research progress of numerical simulation in the bath is simply introduced in the paper.Simulation results about temperature,velocity,transient concentration and dross are elaborated.Development direction of numerical simulation technology in the actual production of zinc bath is expected.
