    Numerical Simulation of 304 Stainless Steel Uniaxial Ratcheting Based on the Elastic Space

    • 摘要: 通过室温下单轴棘轮试验研究了304不锈钢的单轴棘轮机理,并建立了相应的迭代方程来模拟材料的单轴棘轮应变。结果表明:304不锈钢的弹性空间-塑性应变关系曲线和背应力-塑性应变曲线同时存在,并都能表明其循环应变强化特性;模拟结果和试验结果吻合较好,证明了从弹性空间-塑性应变关系角度能够合理解释单轴棘轮机理。

       

      Abstract: 304 stainless steel uniaxial ratcheting mechanism was studied by the uniaxial ratcheting test at room temperature, and the iterative equation was constructed to simulate the uniaxial ratcheting strain. The test results show that the relationship curve between elastic space and plastic strain, as well as the back stress equation, exists all and can be used to explain material cyclic strain-hardening effect. Compared with the experimental results, the simulation results are reasonable, and it proves that the uniaxial ratcheting mechanism can be explained using the relationship curve between elastic space and plastic strain.
