    含沙量和沙粒粒径对QT500材料冲蚀磨损特性的影响

    The Influence of Sediment Concentration and Particle Size on the Erosion Wearing Characteristics of QT500

    • 摘要: 利用圆盘式磨蚀试验装置模拟流体机械工况条件,对QT500和45钢进行了冲蚀磨损试验,用失重法研究了材料在不同含沙量和沙粒粒径时的冲蚀磨损特性.对试样表面微观形貌进行了观察,探讨了材料的冲蚀磨损机理和损伤规律.研究表明:随含沙量的增加,材料的磨损率也增加,但不与含沙量的增加值成正比;随沙粒粒径的增大,磨损量亦增加.QT500的冲蚀磨损机理主要是脆性剥落和疲劳破坏.

       

      Abstract: The erosion-wear experiments on QT500 and 45# steel simulating the actual working conditions were carried out using a disc erosion test-bed.Erosion wearing characteristics of materials were studied with the weight loss method in different sediment concentrations and particle sizes.The mechanism of erosion and the damage rules were probed according to analyses of the surface morphology of QT500.The erosive rate of materials increased with increasing sediment concentration,but was not directly proportional to the increase amount of solid.The erosion of QT500 increased with increasing particle size.The main mechanism of erosion of QT500 was brittle flaking off and fatigue damage.
