    材料物理模拟技术的发展及其在中国的应用

    Development of Materials Physical Simulation Technology and Its Application in China

    • 摘要: 材料在制备和热加工过程中会产生各种物理和力学行为,这些行为往往难以定量预测,采用物理模拟技术可精确再现这些物理和力学行为;简要介绍了物理模拟技术的基本原理和特点,以及目前世界上应用的物理模拟试验装置,并综述了我国在物理模拟试验装置方面的发展历程以及在物理模拟技术交流方面所开展的工作等;最后,针对我国物理模拟技术领域存在的问题,对今后的研究发展方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Many kinds of physical and mechanical behaviors in material, which are proved to be hard forecasted quantitatively, will arise during its production and hot working process. By means of physical simulation technology, these physical and mechanical behaviors can be reproduced precisely. The basal principle and characteristics of the physical simulation technology, as well as the physical simulation equipments in the world at present are introduced briefly, and the development history of the physical simulation equipments in China and the work for knowledge exchange of physical simulation technology are reviewed as well. Finally, the prospect of development direction of physical simulation technology in the future is put forward based on the current problems.
