    冷轧低碳钢薄板边裂原因分析

    Edge Crack Analysis of Cold-Rolled Low Carbon Steel Sheet

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机等仪器, 结合热轧板板形测量对冷轧低碳钢薄板边裂原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于热轧板边部部分区域未发生完全再结晶, 导致在冷轧时未再结晶区域和再结晶区域的变形抗力不一, 造成了冷轧板的边裂。

       

      Abstract: The edge crack of cold-rolled low carbon steel sheet were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scan electron microscope, tensile test machine and the shape measuring of hot-rolled strip. The results show that the perfect recrystallization in the part of hot-rolled sheet did not occur, which led to the edge cracking of cold-rolled steel sheet because of the diferent deformation resistance in non-recrystallization and recrystallization regions in cold rolling.
