    Heat Treatment Improvement of Martensite Stainless Steel Receivers Used in Vehicle Scale

    • 摘要: 为提高汽车衡用2Cr13马氏体不锈钢连接件使用寿命,采用显微组织观察和有限元技术分析了连接件的失效特征和应力分布,对其热处理工艺进行了改进,通过力学性能试验、应力腐蚀试验和疲劳试验等对比了连接件热处理工艺的改进效果.结果表明:因原热处理工艺不当,造成连接件应力腐蚀抗力和强韧性不足;工艺改进后,连接件应力腐蚀敏感指数从原来的51.1%降低到11.4%,综合力学性能得到大幅度提高,可满足连接件设计和使用要求.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the fatigue life of 2Cr13 martensite stainless steel receivers used in vehicle scale,the failure characteristics and stress profile of the receivers were investigated by microstructure analysis and finite element calculation.The improvement effect induced by new heat treatment process was compared with the original one by mechincal property test,stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) test and fatigue test.The results showed that the poor SCC resistance and strength-ductility of original 2Cr13 receivers resulted from improper heat treatment.With modified heat treatment process,the SCC sensibility index of 2Cr13 reduced from 51.1% to 114%.The comprehensive mechanical properties of 2Cr13 receivers had been substantially improved.New heat treatment process can meet the requirements of design and application of receivers.
