    锆处理对微合金钢粗晶热影响区组织的影响

    Microstructure of Coarse-grained Heat Affected Zone of Zr Microalloyed HSLA Steel

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜和透射电镜研究了锆处理对微合金钢粗晶热影响区组织的影响.结果表明:模拟粗晶热影响区的奥氏体晶粒尺寸随着焊接线能量的提高而变大;在焊接线能量相同时,锆处理后粗晶热影响区的奥氏体晶粒尺寸比未经锆处理的大.焊接线能量为30 kJ/cm时,粗晶热影响区的组织以贝氏体为主;60 kJ/cm时,粗晶热影响区中的马氏体-奥氏体数量变少,并出现铁素体和珠光体.经过锆处理后,粗晶热影响区中的夹杂物由长条的尖角状变为圆形或近圆形,且都是含锆的复合夹杂物,含锆夹杂物作为形核核心,在其表层沉淀析出Al2O3和/或MnS,其尺寸在1.0~3.0 μm之间.

       

      Abstract: Microstructure of simulated coarse grain heat affected zone (CGHAZ) of Zr Microalloyed HSLA Steel are investigated using optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The austenite grain size of simulated CGHAZ increases with the increase of weld heat input.The grain size of simulated CGHAZ without Zr treatments is larger while that of Zr treated are smaller after same heat input welding.The microstructure of simulated CGHAZ consist of bainite mainly after 30kJ/cm heat input weld.The amount of the M-A constituent gets less and ferrite and pearlite appear with the increase of weld heat input.The inclusions are changed from chain shape with acute angle to spherical shape.Those are complex inclusions with the Zr containing inclusions are the nuclei for the inclusions,Al2O3 and / or MnS are located in the surface layer of the inclusions whose size is in the range of 10 to 3.0 μm.
