Preparation and Wear-resistance of WC-10%Co Laser Cladded Layer

摘要: 为了提高WC-Co激光熔覆涂层的性能,采用化学镀法制备了WC-10%Co复合粉体,分别用体视显微镜和扫描电镜对WC-Co激光熔覆涂层的表面和截面形貌进行观察,探讨了激光熔覆工艺参数对涂层显微组织的影响,并进行了磨损性能试验.结果表明:当激光功率在2.0(或2.4) kW,扫描速率为4.1(或8.2) m·min-1,光斑直径为3 mm时,WC-10%Co涂层与基体能形成冶金结合;涂层的耐磨性能得到明显提高.Abstract: WC-10%Co composite powders were prepared by electroless plating to improve the properties of the WC-Co laser cladded layer.The stereoscopic microscope (SM) and scanning electron microscopye (SEM) were used to study the morphology of the WC-10%Co layers cladded by different laser cladding process parameters.The effects of laser cladding processing parameters on the microstructure and properties of the laser cladded layer were discussed.The results show that the metallurgical bonding formed between the WC-10%Co composite layer and the steel substrate when the laser processing parameters were as followes:the laser beam power of 2.0 or 2.4 kW,beam traverse velocity of 4.1 or 8.2 m·min-1 and the beam diameter of 3 mm.The wear resistance of the laser cladded layer is improved greatly.
