    微动疲劳加载装置的设计及其在典型合金上的应用

    Fretting Fatigue Apparatus Design and Its Application to Typical Alloys

    • 摘要: 以疲劳试验机为平台, 设计开发了一套微动疲劳加载装置, 进行了钛合金TC11与TC11接触、单晶高温合金DD3与粉末高温合金FGH95接触以及定向凝固高温合金DZ125与FGH95接触等三种不同材料配对的微动疲劳试验, 并对TC11、DD3和DZ125三种材料的微动疲劳性能进行比较。结果表明: 三种材料的疲劳裂纹均出现在微动接触区域, 说明所设计的试验装置性能良好, 法向载荷加载稳定, 可用于微动疲劳试验; 在相同的几何尺寸、载荷条件以及表面加工状况的试验条件下,沿晶体生长方向上的各向异性材料DD3和DZ125的微动疲劳寿命比各向同性材料TC11的高。

       

      Abstract: A fretting fatigue test apparatus based on a fatigue testing machine was designed and fabricated to characterize the fretting fatigue damage process. There were three types of contacting pair between the fretting samples and the pads, including titanium alloy TC11 and TC11, single crystal superalloy DD3 and powder metallurgy superalloy FGH95, directionally solidified superalloy DZ125 and FGH95. The fretting fatigue properties of above materials were compared. The results show that fatigue cracks appeared on fretting contact region of three kinds of materials, proving that the experimental apparatus has good performace and stable normal load, and the apparatus is applicable to fretting fatigue experiment. Under the conditions of the same size, load and surface working state, the fretting fatigue life of anisotropic materials DD3 and DZ125 was higher than that of isotropic material TC11.
