    Tribological Properties of Polyester Fiber Cloth Reinforced Polyurethane Resin-Based Composites

    • 摘要: 采用层压法制备了7层聚酯纤维布增强聚氨酯树脂基复合材料,研究了聚氨酯中甲、乙组分的比例对复合材料力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,以及二硫化钼的添加量和聚酯纤维布不同编织方向对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:随聚氨酯中乙组分含量的增大,复合材料的拉伸强度、弹性模量、邵氏硬度和耐磨性能得到改良;二硫化钼的添加可以提高复合材料的耐磨性,复合材料在聚酯纤维布经向和纬向上的摩擦磨损性能要优于偏轴方向的.

       

      Abstract: Seven-layer polyester fiber cloth reinforced polyurethane resin-based composites were prepared by laminating method.The influence of the proportion of the two component in the polyester fiber on the mechanical properties and tribological properties of the composite was analyzed.The effects of the MoS2 fillers and loading directions on friction and wear properties were investigated.The results show that tensile strength,elastic modulus,Shore hardness and wear resistance of the composites were enhanced when increasing component B in polyurethane resin.The MoS2 addition could improve the wear resistance property of the composites.The friction and wear property in the meridional and latitudinal axis of the polyester fibre cloth of the composite was better than the partial axis.
