Non-isothermal Crystallization Kinetics of PP/Coal Gangue Composites

摘要: 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对不同含量的煤矸石填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的非等温结晶行为进行了表征, 并采用Jeziorny法进行动力学处理, 对其结晶过程的迁移活化能用Kissinger法进行了计算。结果表明: 相同的降温速率时, 复合材料的结晶温度高于纯PP的; 复合材料的结晶速率随煤矸石质量分数的增加先上升后降低, 在15 %处出现峰值; 复合材料的结晶迁移活化能也随煤矸石质量分数的增加先上升后降低, 在5%处出现最大值。Abstract: The non-isothermal crystallization behaviour of coal gangue filled polypropylene(PP) composites with different coal gangue contents was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and then was treated using Jeziorny equation. And the diffusion activation energy of composites during non-isothermal crystallization was calculated by Kissinger method. The results show the crystallization temperature of composites was higher than that of pure PP at the same cooling rate. Crystallization rate of composites had a decline trend after an initial ascent with the increase of coal gangue content and reached a peak while coal gangue content was 15wt.%. The diffusion activation energy of PP/coal gangue composites first increased and then decreased along with the increase of the coal gangue content and reached a peak while coal gangue content was 5wt.%.
