    Cracking Failure Analysis of Stainless Steel Washer Roller

      摘要
    • 摘要: 通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段对1Cr17不锈钢洗衣机滚桶开裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:其开裂性质为沿晶应力腐蚀开裂;开裂处晶界存在第二相是滚桶开裂的内因,母材成分中铬含量偏低降低了材料的抗蚀性能及韧性,开裂处存在内应力是开裂的外因.

       

      Abstract: The cracking failure of 1Cr17 stainless steel washer roller was investigated by means of OM,SEM and EDS.The results show that the property was intergranular stress corrosion cracking.Second phase in the cracking grain boundary was the internal cause of the roller cracking.The Cr content in the base metal was low,which decreased the corrosion-resistance and toughness of the material.Stress in the cracking position was the external cause.
