    航空发动机铝合金叶片的搅拌摩擦焊

    Friction Stir Welding of Aero-Engine Aluminum Alloy Blade

    • 摘要: 用搅拌摩擦焊技术焊接了航空发动机铝合金叶片本体与镶条, 分析了不同工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响。结果表明: 采用搅拌摩擦焊技术能够很好地实现铝合金叶片本体与镶条的锁底结构单面和双面连接, 并且焊后镶条前端凸台的变形较小; 搅拌头的旋转速度越高, 焊缝上部越易产生孔洞型缺陷, 搅拌头的旋转速度越低, 焊后镶条前端凸台的变形越大; 焊接速度越快, 焊缝上部越易出现孔洞缺陷, 焊缝底部越易产生隧道孔缺陷, 并且焊后镶条前端凸台的变形也相对较大; 搅拌头的旋转速度为1 000 r·min-1, 焊接速度为100 mm·min-1时能够获得无缺陷的铝合金叶片本体与镶条锁底连接接头, 并且焊后镶条前端凸台的变形最小。

       

      Abstract: Aero-engine aluminum alloy blade body and gib were welded by friction stir welding (FSW), and the effect of different process parameters on weld seam formation. The results show that aluminum alloy blade body and gib lock bottom structure with single and double side connection could be achieved by friction stir welding technology, and the deformation of the boss front of the gib was very small. The higher the rotation rate of the stirring tool, the easier the hole-type defects appearing on the top of weld seam, and the lower the rotational speed of the stirring tool, the more serious the deformation of the boss front of the gib. The faster the welding rate, the easier, the hole defects appearing on the top of weld seam and the tunnel hole defects appearing on the bottom of weld seam, and the deformation of the boss front of the gib also was relatively large. Defect-free aluminum alloy blade body and gib locked bonding joint could be obtained with the rotation rate of 1 000 r·min-1 and welding rate of 100 mm·min-1, also the deformation of the boss front of the gib was the minimum.
