    轧制方式和热处理工艺对TC4-DT钛合金板材各向力学性能的影响

    Effects of Rolling Process and Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties in Every Direction of TC4-DT Ti Alloy Sheets

    • 摘要: 通过显微组织观察和拉伸试验研究了不同轧制方式(换向轧制和单向轧制)与3种热处理工艺对TC4-DT钛合金板材各向力学性能的影响。结果表明: 与单向轧制相比, 换向轧制减小了组织的各向异性, 使得钛合金的各向力学性能一致; 低于相变点的固溶时效热处理得到了双相组织, 使板材具有更好的综合力学性能。

       

      Abstract: Effects of rolling processes (cross rolling and unidirectional rolling) and 3 kinds of heat treatment processes on mechanical properties in every direction of TC4-DT titanium alloy sheets were investigated through microstructure observation and tensile tests. The results show that compared with the unidirectional rolling, cross rolling reduced the anisotropy of structure which made the mechanical properties of Ti alloy more uniform. Dual phase microstructure by solution and aging treatment under the temperature closed to transition point led to the higher comprehensive mechanical properties.
