Abstract:
The dechromisation corrosion of Cu-Cr alloy in HCl solution was studied by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the effects of deformation, concentration and temperature of HCl solution on dechromisation corrosion were analyzed by using orthogonal test method. The results show that the dechromisation tendency of Cu-Cr alloy increased with the increase of concentration and temperature of HCl solution, the deformation was helpful to the dechromisation corrosion, and the effect of HCl solution concentration on chromisation corrosion was maximum. The dechromisation corrosion generated in phase interface between copper and chrome, and spreaded into the center of chrome phase.
