    Properties of TiB2/Cu-Cr Composites Fabricated by In-situ Synthesis of Liquid-solid

    • 摘要: 通过液-固原位反应法合成了TiB2/Cu-Cr复合材料,对其微观结构、力学性能进行了研究,探讨了其强化机理.结果表明:复合材料经处理后其硬度为140 HV,电导率为93.6%IACS,软化温度为560 ℃,抗拉强度为466 MPa,伸长率为22%;拉伸断口呈现大量等轴韧窝,具有较好的综合性能.

       

      Abstract: The process of TiB2/Cu-Cr composites synthesized by In-situ reaction of liquid-solid was explored.Microstructure,mechanical properties and strengthening machanism of composites were studied.The results show that composites have fairly good comprehensive properties.The hardness,electrical conductivity,softening temperature,tensile strength and elongation percentage of the composites are 140 HV,93.6%IACS,560 ℃,466 MPa and 22%,respectively.The tensile fracture photograph showed many isometric dimples.
