    Progress of Study on the Columnar to Equiaxed Transition Model of Laser Claddied Metal Layers

    • 摘要: 由于激光熔覆金属层的性能在很大程度上是由显微组织决定的,预测和控制显微组织的变化就显得尤为重要,为此需要对熔覆金属层晶粒形态的演变进行研究.重点综述了激光熔覆金属层柱状晶/等轴晶转变的Hunt模型和Gumann模型,利用这两个模型计算出的临界温度梯度和凝固速度可用来预测晶粒的具体形态,为选择试验参数提供依据;同时简单介绍了国内在柱状晶/等轴晶转变模型方面的研究,最后提出了研究中存在的问题和今后的研究方向.

       

      Abstract: The properties of the laser cladded layers depend on the microstructure to a great extent.It is highly important to predict and control the microstructure changes and thus the grain morphology evolution of the laser cladded layers must be studied.In this paper,Hunt model and Gumann model of the columnar to equiaxed transition in laser cladded metal layers are reviewed.Grain morphology can be predicted through obtaining the critical temperature gradient and solidification velocity on the basis of the models and it is advantageous to choose experimental parameters.Domestic researches on the columnar to equiaxed transition model are simply introduced.The problems to be faced and tendency in the field are pointed out.
