    基于网络交织复合材料预测泡沫铝/环氧树脂复合材料的有效弹性模量

    Calculation of Effective Elastic Modulus of Foamed Aluminum/Epoxy Resin Composite Based on IPC Material

    • 摘要: 为使泡沫铝孔隙中填充其它材料形成的新型复合材料的有效弹性模量得到定量预测,根据网络交织复合材料的细观力学胞元法,建立了泡沫铝/环氧树脂复合材料的有效弹性模量模型,并进行了预测.结果表明:该模型预测结果与试验结果基本吻合,证明了所建立模型的正确性.

       

      Abstract: In order to predict quantitatively the effective elastic modulus of foamed aluminum composite made by filling another material,effective elastic modulus module of the composite was established according to interpenetrating phases composite micromechanics unit cell method.The prediction results were basicly consistent with the test results,indicating that the established module is correct.
