    Shot Peening Treatment and Characterization of 18CrNiMo7-6 Steel after Carburizing and Quenching

    • 摘要: 对渗碳淬火18CrNiMo7-6钢分别进行了不同强度的一次喷丸和二次喷丸处理, 研究了其喷丸后残余应力、晶粒尺寸、奥氏体含量、显微硬度及表面粗糙度。结果表明: 二次喷丸工艺可以在一次喷丸的基础上进一步提高其表面残余压应力, 优化显微组织, 降低表层残余奥氏体含量, 提高表面显微硬度, 同时可以有效降低表面粗糙度。

       

      Abstract: 18CrNiMo7-6 steel after carburizing and quenching was treated by traditional shot peening and dual shot peening, and the residual stress, grains size, austenite content, micro-hardness and surface roughness after shot peening were studied. The results show that comparing with the conventional shot peening, the dual shot peening could not only further improve residual compressive stress, refine microstructure, reduce residual austenite content and increase micro-hardness, but also effectively reduce surface roughness.
