    Formation Mechanism of Aluminum Oxide Template Made by Two-step Anodizing

    • 摘要: 用预处理的铝箔,以草酸为电解液,采用二步阳极氧化法制备多孔有序阳极氧化铝阵列模板,利用透射电镜和X射线衍射仪对其进行表征,并对阵列孔的形成机理进行分析.结果表明:适当提高电压有利于孔的有序化;孔的有序化存在一个最佳阳极氧化时间,本试验条件下为6 h;根据试验结果并结合目前几个常见模型可较圆满解释阵列孔的形成过程.

       

      Abstract: Porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane had been prepared in phosphoric acid by two-step anodizing.The AAO membrane was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and then the formation mechanism of aluminum oxide template was studied.An appropriate increase of voltage is helpful to the ordering of holes,and there is an optimal time for the ordering of holes.The formation process of AAO membrane can be explained based on the present experiment and some former model.
