    半固态搅拌对Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.4Zr-2Zn镁合金显微组织的影响

    Effect of Semi-solid Stirring on Microstructure of Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.4Zr-2Zn Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 首先采用差热分析确定了Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.4Zr-2Zn镁合金的固相点和液相点, 然后在610.5~642.5 ℃温度区间对其进行半固态搅拌, 研究了半固态搅拌对其显微组织的影响, 并与未经半固态搅拌制备相同成分镁合金的组织进行了对比。结果表明: 半固态搅拌处理镁合金的铸态组织相对未半固态搅拌处理的而言, 晶粒尺寸有所减小, 且较圆整均匀, 第二相的连续网状结构有向断网状转变的趋势。

       

      Abstract: Liquidus and solidus temperature of Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.4Zr-2Zn magnesium alloy were determined by means of differential thermal analysis, and semi-solid stirring was carried out at 610.5-642.5 ℃. The effect of semi-solid stirring on microstructure of the magnesium alloy was studied, and compared with the microstructure of the magnesium alloy without semi-solid stirring. The results show that, comparing with the microstructure of the magnesium alloy without semi-solid stirring, the grain size of the alloy with semi-solid stirring gets refined and spheroidized, meanwhile, the continuous network structure of second phases had a tendency to discontinuousness.
