    飞机发动机减速器支撑杆加工裂纹原因分析

    Analysis of Process Crack on Support Part for Engine of Aircraft

    • 摘要: 飞机发动机减速器支撑杆在加工过程中易产生微裂纹,通过显微组织检验、断口形貌观察、微区成分分析以及含氢量测定和模拟焊接试验等方法对其裂纹产生的原因进行了分析.结果表明:减速器支撑杆产生微裂纹的主要原因是焊接时采用的保护气(氩气)中水分超过标准规定37.7倍,在焊缝热影响区造成增氢,导致氢致延迟裂纹的产生.

       

      Abstract: Tiny crack appeared on the support part of the aircraft engine during the processing.Through microstructure analysis,fracture side analysis,hydrogen contain measure and welding test,the reason of the tiny crack appearing was analyzed.The results show that tiny crack main by using the unqualified protect gas(Ar)during welding could cause the increasing hydrogen contain in the weld area,created the hydrogen embrittlement crack.
